My name is Christina ‘Chris’ Thompson and I am the Founder and Managing Director of Compear Global Education Network LLC. I prioritize equitable and inclusive learning in corporate and global spaces, fostering innovative leadership and community-driven change through respectful disruption of conventional norms. Some of my innovative strategies have received national and international recognition and I strive to center transformative leadership as a driving force for community-centric change.

Previously, she worked in various roles at North Park University, Chicago, and received a Fulbright grant for research in India. Sumie is a trained accreditation expert and alumna of the American Academic Leadership Institute.
