Rooted in the Global Equity Empowerment Framework and the FACE-U Tool, co-created by Christina ‘Chris’ Thompson and Ebony Ellis, our IDEI Equity Empowerment Sessions are designed to provide a transformative journey toward equity and inclusion in both personal and professional contexts.
This comprehensive series guides participants through key areas such as self-reflection, allyship, cultural inclusivity, transformative learning, and safety in global engagements. Each session builds upon the last, offering a cohesive learning experience that equips participants with the tools needed to enact meaningful change within their organizations.
What to Expect:
Self-Reflection & Bias Awareness: Develop deep self-awareness using the H.E.A.R.T. methodology (Honesty, Empathy, Active Listening, Reflection, and Transformation). Uncover and address unconscious biases through journaling and group discussions, fostering personal growth and inclusivity.
