Redefining what's possible in global education and beyond.
Compear partners with institutions, educators, and organizations to design global learning and leadership systems through intercultural strategy, facilitated dialogue, and Respectful Disruption Leadership, convening global change through the Global Respectful Disruption Summit (GRDS) and Global Respectful Disruption Initiative (GRDI).
🌍 COMPEAR.org and GoAbroad.com are partnering again in 2026 to spotlight the experiences of under-amplified communities in global education! The Global Respectful Disruption Leadership (RDL) Speaker Series brings together educators, practitioners, advocates, scholars, and changemakers to explore timely issues shaping global education and leadership today.
Through a series of virtual conversations and community discussions, participants will engage with thought leaders who challenge assumptions, share innovative perspectives, and inspire action. Together, we will examine how respectful disruption can help create more inclusive, equitable, and impactful practices across our institutions, organizations, and communities.
Whether you are seeking professional development, fresh perspectives, meaningful dialogue, or a community committed to positive change, the RDL Speaker Series offers a space to learn, connect, and grow alongside colleagues from around the world.
🎟️ Early Bird Registration is open through June 17 at 12:00 PM ET.
🎟️ Student registration and cohort participation options are available.
Join us as we explore ideas, challenge the status quo, and work toward a more equitable future—together.
