We do this through collaborative systemic redesign, IOL-aligned strategy consulting (Interculturality, Opportunity, and Leadership), and facilitated dialogue and learning experiences that help organizations move from intention to action.
Through the Global Respectful Disruption Summit (GRDS) and the Global Respectful Disruption Initiative (GRDI), Compear convenes global practitioners to expand leadership development, mentorship, and collaborative change worldwide.

Introducing the GRDI Advisory Board: Highlighting Hannah Benson

With experience in teaching English in France, working on diversity and inclusion in Barcelona, and managing global education programs at Georgetown University, Benson is ready to make big changes at GRDI. Respectful Disruption: An Unapologetic Approach
Compear.org was founded in response to an evident disparity in global education. We observed a world where certain narratives were favored, while global histories and marginalized voices was too often silenced. This led us to realize that to achieve authentic diversity, equity, and inclusion, it wasn't enough to merely adjust the system in place. We needed to revolutionize it. That was when we embraced the approach we now call 'respectful disruption.' This approach is also the basis of Founder, Chris Thompson’s doctoral research and framework that we use for our educational programming and coaching. Read more…
