About the Center

The Global Center for Respectful Disruption Leadership serves as the intellectual home for the growing global movement around Respectful Disruption Leadership (RDL). The Center is an initiative of Compear Global Education Network, a global organization dedicated to advancing intercultural learning, opportunity, and leadership.

The Center brings together scholars, educators, practitioners, and creative leaders committed to advancing new approaches to leadership, global learning, and systems transformation.

Through convenings, fellowships, scholarship, and collaborative learning spaces, the Center cultivates bold ideas and supports leaders who are ready to question assumptions and redesign systems with integrity, imagination, and purpose.

Core Programs

The work of the Center is closely connected to the Global Respectful Disruption Initiative (GRDI), a philanthropic program of the Compear Global Foundation that expands access to leadership development and participation across the Respectful Disruption community.
