What if rest isn’t a reward for working hard, but a radical act of leadership in itself?

When leaders rest, we create room for others to rise. When we model boundaries, we give permission for sustainability. Respectful Disruption Leadership asks:

  • What am I modeling with my exhaustion?

  • What does rest reveal that hustle hides?

Rest isn’t weak. It’s wisdom. And in a system that equates leadership with over-functioning, choosing to rest might be one of the most disruptive, and visionary, acts of all.
