When’s the last time I listened without interrupting, even in my head?
Whose truth am I making room for?
Real listening makes space. It builds trust. And in a noisy world, it may be the most powerful form of presence a leader can offer.
Sometimes the most revolutionary thing a leader can say is nothing at all.
