2026 Global Respectful Disruption Speaker Series

  • Compear Global Education Network LLC Oxford, NC (map)

June–November 2026 | Virtual | 3–4 Sessions

The Global Respectful Disruption Leadership Speaker Series is a multi-session, virtual gathering for educators, practitioners, scholars, and community leaders committed to reimagining global education and respectful disruption, people-centered leadership.

Evolving from the Global Respectful Disruption Mini Summit, this series extends the spirit of respectful disruption beyond a single day, creating space for sustained dialogue, reflection, and connection throughout the year. Across 3–4 sessions, participants engage with underamplified voices, emerging thinkers, and global perspectives that challenge entrenched systems and invite more humane, inclusive ways of leading.

These sessions are designed to disrupt comfortable thinking, stretch understanding, and move you toward action. You won’t just leave informed, you’ll leave activated, with sharper insight and a clearer sense of what needs to change and how you can help move it forward.

This is not a traditional webinar series. Each session is live and intentionally blends bold ideas, relational learning, and reflective space, grounded in respect, lived experience, and people-first leadership.

Who This Series Is For

  • Those seeking deeper engagement beyond one-time events

  • Global Educators and practitioners navigating complex systems

NEW! Global Respectful Disruption Leadership (GRDL) Innovation Fellowship

A Companion to the Global Respectful Disruption Leadership Speaker Series
June–December 2026 | Virtual | Highly Selective | 5 Innovation Fellows

The Global Respectful Disruption Leadership (GRDL) Innovation Fellowship is a selective, high-impact leadership and creative scholarship experience designed for those ready to move beyond participation into creation, experimentation, and leadership action.

Running from June through December 2026, the Fellowship builds directly on the Global Respectful Disruption Leadership Speaker Series, serving as a deeper pathway for scholar-practitioners, innovators, educators, and global leaders committed to advancing new knowledge and modeling respectful disruption within their institutions, organizations, and communities.

Innovation Fellows engage in monthly collaborative sessions, contribute to the co-creation of core RDL competencies, participate in podcast-based public scholarship, and produce a final scholarly or creative submission published through the Respectful Disruption platform.

This Fellowship does not replace the Speaker Series—it extends and elevates it, offering an intimate, reflective space for bold imagination, ethical leadership, and sustained impact.
