The Story Behind the Book

For more than a year, this manuscript sat in my Google Drive.

I had written it. I believed in it. And still, I waited.

Eventually, I realized I was living the very question at the center of the book: What happens when manifestation is no longer enough and it’s time to move?

So I did.

Manifest, Then Do grew from my own journey and from years of work exploring change, leadership, identity, culture, and Respectful Disruption.

And through that work, one truth continued to surface:

Respectful Disruption starts within.
